In July 1955 we changed our Venom FB1s for the later Venom FB4s with hydraulic powered ailerons and ejection seats...Here is a picture of a formation of four of these, breaking over Wunstorf for a stream landing. The squadron hangar is to the left. The other hangar is Station Flight with some Meteors outside. Note our Venoms on the "Line" in front of our hangar and all our M.T. (Mechanical Transport) vehicles lined up down at the left corner of the shot.
